This Policy explains what information Frontline Trading collects when you visit this site or subscribe to our publication or products, and how we use it.

We collect information in a few ways:

How we use it
- To send dispatches, portfolio updates, and product notifications to subscribers.
- To process and manage paid subscriptions.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing
Paid subscriptions, including the Model Portfolio and Bounce, are billed through a third-party payment processor. That processor handles your payment details directly; Frontline Trading never sees or stores your full card number.

Cookies and analytics
This site may use standard analytics tools to understand traffic and usage patterns. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functionality but won't prevent you from reading published content.

Bounce and other products
Bounce is hosted separately at bounce.frontlinetrading.com and may collect its own usage data under its own privacy practices, in addition to this Policy. If Bounce's data practices differ, they'll be disclosed on that product directly.

Data retention
We keep subscriber information for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time, see Contact below.

Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. You can unsubscribe from dispatches using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Children's privacy
Frontline Trading's products are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.

SMS / text messaging data
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Frontline Trading, we collect your mobile phone number and the fact of your consent in order to send you dispatch alerts, portfolio updates, and account or billing notices.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing your information with subcontractors who support our operations, such as our SMS delivery platform or customer service tools, is permitted, but is limited to what's needed to operate the program. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties for any purpose.
